We’re so excited to have you join us on this journey! These simple guidelines are here to help make sure everyone has a great experience in our online course/program ("The Portal"). By enrolling and participating, you're agreeing to these terms:
1. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment: To join us in THE PORTAL, just complete the registration and choose a form of payment.
Payment: You can either pay in full before entering THE PORTAL or choose a monthly payment plan. We accept payments via Stripe or PayPal for your convenience.
2. Access to Course Materials
Access: Once you're enrolled, you’ll get access to course materials throughout the program. I will sometimes make recordings for you in between calls. These will be available in Thrivecart. You’ll have access for the duration of our work together.
Use: The materials are yours to use on your personal journey, but please don’t share, copy, or distribute them without our permission.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy: If you need to request a refund and can no longer join THE PORTAL for private or group mentorship, please let us know in writing within 7 days of enrolling.
Cancellations: If we ever need to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll provide you with a full refund. Your trust means everything to us!
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All of the materials in THE PORTAL, including videos, content, and graphics, belong to us.
License: We’re happy to grant you access to use these materials for your personal growth and learning, but remember they’re for your journey only and not for sharing or commercial use.
5. Code of Conduct
Behavior: We’re here to create a positive and supportive community, so we ask that everyone participates with kindness and respect.
Prohibited Activities: In the group work or the monthly membership calls, any disruptive or harmful behavior toward others won’t be tolerated.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: While we’re here to guide and support you, everyone’s journey is unique, and we can’t promise specific outcomes.
